PO Management Platform
Project Overview
Ligentia is a logistics and technology provider, managing the PO lifecycle physically and digitally for medium to enterprise retailers.
Focusing on supply chain visibility, product lifecycle efficiency, and supply chain optimization, Ligentia helps retailers move their move their products quicker, with more visibility and lower cost.
Brands acquired and implemented include; Myer, Superdry, Champion, John Lewis and Canterbury.
My Contributions
As the primary customer contact in APAC and product owner, I own the complete software development lifecycle, from scoping all the way to implementation and on-going support.
I project managed and implemented over 15 enterprise level PO integrations and new platform builds.
Focusing on product improvements and development I led the build of V5 of the platform, standardised customer specifications, and delivered the new reporting suite.
Business functions I led include; digital product management, development and ownership, where I was responsible for implementing and improving our PO management software for customers.

As the primary customer relationship holder for technology I focus on improving the digital experience of the platform for customers including; new product builds, platform improvements and product roadmap management.

Additionally I provide in person training and workshops on the platform, both internally and externally, and create educational content and training guides to ensure product understanding and support.
